Within our pillar of Career Development, we are dedicated to enhancing the professionalism and preparedness of our members for their advancement in the working world. As gender minorities in STEM, business, and everywhere in between, there is a need to feel supported in male-dominated industries. We're here to break that glass ceiling and equip ourselves to be the future trailblazers and leaders of our fields. This year we hosted Development Dinners for upperclassmen and underclassmen members to give each other advice about career-related topics. Some topics include the transition back to in-person classes, research opportunities, study abroad, scheduling classes, and more!

With professional programming from our CD team, our members get to experience a wide variety of workshops in our meetings. Some highlights include setting up LinkedIn profiles, getting free professional headshots, resume reviews, and personal branding workshops.
